the prices above are the BASE prices of my suits, multiple colors, complexity, additional features and shipping will raise these prices. BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU HAVE READ EVERYTHING AND AGREE TO THE FOLOWING:I reserve the right to deny any work or services with or without reason, following any sort of harassment, threats, etc. Any sort of harassment will not be tolerated.I will not work with anyone under the age of 18, all clients must be 18 years or older at time of ordering. ID requests may be asked to confirm age.Current max payment plan time is: 4 monthsPAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Pricing is in USD, concerted CAD price if needed will be given during quote. Payments whether full or monthly payment plans are done through Candian E-transfer or Paypal with goods and services. Do not send payments unprompted, wait for direct invoice or approval to send payment. Final price does not include shipping.• If you know you may potentially struggle keeping up with payment plans, please save your time and money and don't commission if paying monthly will be a problem. Fursuits are a luxary and a big investment. I am a one man maker and not a bank. You are welcome to come back anytime in due future if you are confident payments can be paid on time.
• There is a 40% non-refundable deposit for materials to hold your slot
• Clients who pay in full are prioritized than clients paying with payment plans, work flow will still continue evenly on each project.
• I will not start on suit work until 3/4 of the total amount is paid if doing payment plan, the intial 40% downpayment is included in this.
• Agreed monthly payment plan MUST be payed, cancellation of your slot will be highly considered if ghosting or no payments happen by 2 months
• Chargebacks are not permitted and if found doing so will result in a permanent blacklist
• If you decide to cancel your commission before materials are purchased, you will receive the full 40% back. If I decide I cannot continue with your commission after materials are purchased, you will received any of the non-refundable deposit 40% payments paid.
• Refunds on fully completed items are not available.ORDERING AND WIPS
• I am a beginner maker. It is expected for small errors and mishaps to be visible, this is to be expected with ALL handmade creations.
• At any given time during the wip stage, please be very transparent about anything you are not satisfied with. I will not do any large and significant edits after the furring stage. Modifying the suit after much progress is made takes more labor and additional fees may happen, the sooner something you want changed is mentioned, the better.
• I do not work with deadlines or do rush orders.
• I will send wips as often as I can but please do not message or harass me daily about project wips.
• I need a clear non-shaded digital reference to get accurate colors when ordering fur, I will not accept shaded, stolen references, copyrighted characters, ai generated images, game screenshots and photos of paper references. I will only work with partially designed characters if you can confidently provide what designs you want as artistic liberty. I offer full reference sheets here! if you don't have your own.
• Estimated item completion is roughly 2-5+ months depending on commissioned part and complexity. I have various health issues and sometimes may just get busy.WARRANTY
• Minor repairs are free of charge up to 6 months after receiving suit, shipping costs to do said repairs are to be covered by client. After those 6 months are up, there will be fees for any more repairs ontop of shipping costs.
• Repairs not made by me I am not respongible for fixing, whether it be repairs from other makers or personal repairs.SHIPPING
Shipping is with Canada Post but FedEx and UPS can be requested, though customs fees may occur with either two carriers which is up to the client to pay.• Item will not be shipped until it is 100% payed off, final price amount does not including shipping and is to be covered by buyer. Rough shipping quote can be given when packing to send off, rough estimate is about $20-$150 depending on item. Tracking included.
• After item is sent, it is out of my hands and responsibility and is up to the client to deal with a lost or stolen package with local carriers.
